Feels like a scam shop. Look my car there for a blown transmission which was covered under my extended warranty. The deductible was $100. They attempted to charge me an additional $2700 on top of what the warranty company was giving them. Stating something along the lines of needing to pay their people properly. After calling my warranty company they informed me this is not normal and I should only ever be charged $100. Even then if they charged me normal they said I'd have my car back before I returned from leave which is was not. It ended up costing me a few hundred dollars and a bunch of time. I had my vehicle towed to for who fixed it for the deductible amount of $100. Very misleading especially knowing they're screwing over service members. Edit: to respond to the reply from the owner. no i have the right shop and I was quoted 2700 more and the best I got was the removal of tax from the repair. Thank you.
Auggie, it seems like you may have the wrong shop! We always provide multiple options, especially for extended warranty repairs, because they typically only approve enough to use lower-quality or used parts. Many of our customers prefer a higher-quality option. Additionally, we receive many glowing recommendations from service members, a community we are proud to support. I’m glad to hear that you were able to get your car troubles resolved!
